This heat pad really helped ease my neck pain.. it stayed warm for hours .its soft flexible….. also great to take to bed with you on those very chilly nights.

This heat pad is really nice, easy to use and comfy for back related issues. It is quite generous in depth and heats up really quickly. I have only scored 4 stars as I found that for using on my back or neck the heat pad contents would fall to the lowest point in the pad and as a back heat support you really do want it a consistent level of surface area and not forming any ridges. It is easily shaken out and put back into position. However this is only a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and I would thoroughly recommend the product

good size and i use it for back and lower legs, soft to the touch , nice feeling

This is quite weighty and very well made. Does what it says though a bigger than normal pad so takes a bit longer o heat up. I am happy with it.

Doesn't seem to hold the heat as long as a hot water bottle and it's a bit too long for my microwave, measure yours before you buy this!!

Initially during the first few reheating the smell wasn’t attractive-this faded - on the plus side-quickly heated up - and retained the heat -just keep an eye on the time you use in the microwave- can be overheated-

good heat pad. good size can use on back shoulders, legs. best one I have bought.
