Product is AMAZING!!! We’ve recently been back 4 times lol. Kosher and with better cleaner ingredients than what is usually available. I just wish more flavors were available like beef hot and spicy a few others. I just ask that once you see people enjoying the product you don’t start jacking up the prices and what happens? Today a 2$ jump. Inflation is bad enough.

I usually buy the protein noodles, but I just wanted something a bit more spicy. These are perfect! I've found I prefer the cups as the packets don't include any freeze dried veggies. The cups are perfection.

I think of all the vegan ramen noodles I have had, these are my absolute favorite. I like ramen noodles cause you can have a lot of fun creating a great meal with them. The flavor was perfect. Didn't need to add anything to it. So worth it!

Not unreasonably priced, very tasty ramen.

First time I ordered these, absolutely fantastic. That classic neon yellow broth, strong flavor--I had to get another case. This time, the broth was pale and light, and had a weird funky flavor. Whatever, maybe it was "improved" (many vegan foods end up going this route to appear healthier, but I have no intention of being a healthy vegan and it's miserable and please stop this). Today's lunch, the funk flavor was just too much and tasted like someone dipped their foot in the water. Something just went off in my head, this ain't right. I checked the underside and...lo and behold, it expired a month ago. Not long enough to do any real harm, I hope, but enough to make me throw out the rest of the case. For the love of all that is holy, please clear out expired stock in your warehouses! I love this soup, despite being ridiculously overpriced for some instant noodles. I want to order again, but not if I get product made before the inauguration.

Delicious for a snack.

This is a solidly average Ramen. I took off a star because I found that when I heated it up in the microwave, it boiled over. And also was not cooked all the way. So it either needs constant attention, or to be microwaved in two batches so as to avoid boiling over. I mean, everybody's taste and heat tolerance is different, I found the heat level very mild. I ended up adding some powdered spice, also some buldak sauce. Also some red pepper flakes and msg. For some reason there was no MSG in this, which probably goes back to some racist tropes from the 80s and 90s where people acted like it made them sick. That "science" has been debunked, but I like when the foods announce that they don't put MSG in it so I know to add my own. I thought there were a lot of carrots in the vegetable mix. I have a container of ramen topper vegetables that I added to it and also more green onion. All in all, this was– fine. I would say it was on the better side of average, and I like that it's vegetarian. I will probably be ordering more of these as I like having easy microwavable work lunches.
