Thompson’s WaterSeal Multi-Surface Waterproofer Stain, Clear, 12 oz Aerosol Can

Did real well on wood and painted wood,but on concrete,it was terrible and would not dry.let it dry for 2 days still tacky, leafs where catching on it.it was 78 degrees and still would not dry.1 week later still tacky.i give it a f,don't buy it for concrete.

I am a DIY person whenever I can save money. I live in Florida and have a boat dock in my back yard. Every 2-3 years I power wash the entire deck and seal the wood decking. I saw negative reviews about this product with previous customers claiming the product was milky and did not apply well. Some thought the product was bad. I can tell you I bought 2 cans of this product because I trust the brand name Thompson’s Water Seal. Yes, the product was a milky consistency coming out of the can. I used a pressure sprayer to spread the product. It applied milky, but quickly penetrated the wood decking and dried clear, giving my boat dock a beautiful finish. I don’t understand the reviews complaining about the product. I am a very satisfied customer and will use this waterproofing sealer again. Well worth the cost and the brand did not disappoint.

Works good remember a thin coat is all you need if you put too much it will be tacky for days and it repels water great

Does a great job. Application has now stayed effective for 2 years. Note: the spray does turn concrete joints 2 shades darker, that was a surprise. Keep that in mind when applying.

I need to buy more and reapply but lasted about 1 1/2 years on a chicken coop exterior. We get all seasons. Value for price. Easy to use.

Great quality, nothing sticky. Went on smoothly and dried quickly. Very happy.

This will seal ANYTHING. It's good as a final top coat because it's a thin penetrating liquid.

Used the entire gallon to coat a floor of a shed that was under construction. We had heavy rains over the next few weeks before we could put up walls and roof. Water did not bead up as I expected. Can't tell how well the wood which is treated will be protected in the long run. Time will tell. I have used this product in the past and was very happy with how long the exposed wood lasted, so this may be a perception problem on my part. I'll give a follow up as I learn more.

Works well, drys clear even though it’s a milky colour . Clean up with water though it seems to leave a slight residue on the brush, also gives of a slight odour so best to use in an open environment ( open garage door etc).
