Why did I Wait so Long
I've had back issues for years. I started getting epidural steroid shots in 2000, had a discectomy in 2003, and a neck fusion a month ago with low back epidural shots starting again next week. My Dr recommended an inversion table. I had thought of these before but thought they were in the $1,500+ range. I hopped on Amazon and settled on the model with the heated pads and massage. It arrived to rural TN in 4 days. I split putting it together over 2 days because kneeling and bending over to screw it together was rough. The instructions are ok with 2 pieces not mentioned in the different steps. I used a socket wrench which made it a much easier job. After it was built I readjusted the head rest to better fit my 6'2" frame. The first couple of times I used it I lasted about 2 minutes as my face felt so full of blood. That might have been in my head (lpl, literally). I also had a hard time moving into and out of the inverted position. I watched a couple videos and saw how graceful they were so I practiced a little and got it in no time. I also saw that most professionals recommend 3 to 5 minute sessions several times a day. So now I open my prime music, find a song that is in that time range, push play and go. It makes the time go by very quickly as opposed to just being in my head. When I read about the 3 to 5 minute time frame to be inverted I thought that I may have wasted my money on the heated and massaging pads. Well, I didn't. I drive everywhere with heated seats, even with the AC on full blast. If I can get a few minutes of heat and massage on my back now and then, I'll take it. As far as the reviews stating that the pads move so much, I haven't had that problem at all. I'm 225 lbs and cinched the pads down. They settled a little bitbas to where my neck is but that worked out better. I highly recommend this product. It takes a little bit to get used to. I learned to relax my body instead of tensing up while hanging upside down. It's probably the best money I've spent on Amazon in a long time. If it improves my bavk pain and quality of life by 5% I'm in!

Well built!
Iโve never used an inversion table before so I have no frame of reference but, this got rid of the vertigo that has plagued me for years, the first time I used it, I no longer have to steady myself when getting out of bed or get dizzy when I lean my head back or fall if I trip, in fact I did trip & was actually able to prevent myself from falling. I also noticed my constant sore shoulders has gone away. I got it for my sciatic pain, that hasnโt disappeared yet, not the tables fault though. Itโs build well, I have no fear of tipping over, itโs as comfortable as you can be, hanging from your ankles. I use it twice a day. Iโm still working my way up to the full time & position. Iโm very happy with it!

Instant back and hamstring relief
Very heavy duty construction, and dimensions are bigger than expected. However this machine works instantly. I completed the set and tried it once for 5 minutes. My lower back and hamstrings which hurt for years without relief from stretching, were immediately pain free. This is an absolute must for any weekend warrior for any sports.

sturdy and works great
I used a timer = 1 hour + 50 minutes of assembly time. It was simple and straightforward. There were 2 steps which were made easier with the help of my daughter, but overall, I did it myself. (F, 53 years old) The directions are easy to follow, and all the tools and supplies are included and labeled. I purchased the one with heat and massage and I really love those features. So far, I have used the "level 1" most horizontal position the majority of the time, and have tried the full tilt for only a few seconds, but my nose gets stuffy when I'm upside-down LOL I have a relatively small bedroom but it fits nicely in the corner. I find the ankle supports to be very comfortable. I like to wear shoes when I'm using it, but I have done it without shoes, too. I am 5'6" and that is the height adjustment that I use. My husband is 6' and he uses the 6' adjustment. My daughter is 5'9" yet for some reason, she requires the 5'6" adjustment, so you may have to play with it to determine which will allow you to fall back. I think it's alot more sturdy than I had anticipated, and I do not feel nervous about using it while I'm alone (I had feared I wouldn't be able to right myself) I haven't moved it, but it seems like it will be easy to fold and move to a different location if I need to. I don't think you have to assemble it where it will be located, and although I haven't folded it, I can see where it would be able to fold-up and be stored in a closet or corner.

So very comfortable!
Wow! I am so glad that I bought this. I've been thinking about it for a while, and I regret waiting so long. It was fairly easy to put together by myself, and is well made. I love the cushioned ankle holds, and the massage and neck features. I had looked at many, including one that was quite a bit more expensive. It did not have the foam cushions. I'm glad that I went with this one, because the extra comfort from the foam is definitely good for the back, shoulders, and neck. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I feel that it is well worth the money. Buying something cheaper that is uncomfortable or not well made, is not worth it. This is cheaper than going to the doctor, and I don't have to take medicine or get cortisone shots.

Don't pass this up.
This thing is great. I suffer from sciatica and upper back pain. A few minutes a day on this and my back feels great. The massage pads are novelty basically, but the table is super heavy duty. This is not exactly any easy to stow table. It ways a good bit but does fold up to help take less space. Great purchase if your looking for a top quality inversion table.

Highly recommended
After months of research, I purchased The Innova ITM6000 Advanced Heat and Massage Therapeutic Inversion Table and Iโm so happy with my decision. Assembly was easy and straightforward. This is my first time using an Inversion table and I am very happy with this table. I've struggled with back pain for years now and from the first day I started using this table I felt pressure relief on my back. The Inversion Table is easy to use, comfortable, inverts easily and its Affordable! The pro of this table is that it has two massages, padded bed, and heat features, accommodates people between 4โ10 and 6โ6 and has heavy duty ankle securing pieces so you donโt have to worry about falling while inverted. Overall, itโs easy to use, safe, and comfortable.

good machine, but cheap barely functional massage pad.
The product is sturdy and does what it is suppose to do. It weighs a lot due to its steel frame.. so assemble it near where it is going to sit. It takes a little getting use to. When flipping your feet may slip down the ankle restraints, the manual says this is normal. what i really have a gripe about on this is the heating and massage pad. the massage pad is very cheap. only 3 zones of massage which are the lower back and the shoulders. there is no appreciable difference in the settings besides the mode setting which just changes the pattern of pulses. also, at least on the one shipped to me, there is not heating. when i put my hand on it it does feel just barely warm, but its not even noticeable in actual use. i had it turned on high and pretty much nothing. i would suggest that if you buy this brand then get the base model without the massage stuff.

Nice machine! Took about 1.5hrs to assemble, tried it at 15* for 3 minutes..
First trial, can tell this works, quality piece, I'm 5'8" and needed to adjust to 5'9".. I'll like this I can tell, but my back will like it more.. No regrets! AAA+++ Didn't try the heat or message feature yet.. I'm not a lumbar lover and the lumbar cushion is quite thick..so just tried without for first time.. Will report back after I try it.. Now reporting on lumbar cushion..message heat etc.. 1) lumbar is way to much for me - it flat out hurts.. 2) Message is correct and right - but limited because of 1) above 3) Heat range is nice - but same as 2) => limited by 1) = too much lumbar! I love the incremental adjustments, I went to Princess Auto and bought a bushing that I slip over the adjuster bolt to make the increments 1/2 roughly of what they would be otherwise, quickly done and extra flexibility gained! Well built, I took mechanical engineering and see that this table is worth the extra money, if they could only reduce the lumbar, or recess it maybe a bit within the backboard! Nice machine, no regrets, and quite honestly a life changing item! ;-) Now progressed to #2 hole...love the extra pull on the back, feels nice!!

Exceptional product, sales and delivery.
Product as advertised delivered to Australia in just over a week. Benefits of the massage and heat functions exceed expectations. Definitely a worthy replacement for my old unit.

The back lumbar support/heater/vibrator may be too much for to handle for some folk.
I am quite happy with it. Although the back lumbar support/heater/vibrator was too much for my back to handle. I moved it to the back of the table instead, since it did help with the weight balance overall. The neck support/heater/vibrator is still active though. The left handle, the foot rail, and the ankle clamp mechanism, were a tad bit lose, but on the first two a thin shim fixed that problem. Concerning the ankle clamp mechanism, I moved one washer from the outside to the inside, and added two washers on the other side. Now it is solid and no longer moves from side to side, but freely moves only forward and backwards, as it is supposed to do.
