I have been struggling from gut issues but this product helped me a lot. 100% recommended and good for the price point

Poor capsule packaging
The product may have been good - medically speaking - which I I am not in a position to judge. However, the packing of the capsules was quite shoddy and many capsules had cracked open in the bottle, and the powder spilled into the bottle. It progressively got icky to use and I ended up junking the remaining.
