Apple iPad (5th Generation, 9.7-inch, 2017), 128GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray (Renewed)

Received our newish iPad today and it works flawlessly. Battery is great and there was even a glass screen protector on it as well which was nice. Battery was at 48% and the charging cable fit nice and snug in the lighting port. It was already factory reset when it arrived and set up was simple. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the iPad was placed in a thin bubble wrap sleeve and placed loosely in the box. The box was placed in a FedEx plastic envelope package that’s also lightly bubble wrapped on the inside. But it makes me nervous just having a electronic like that just flopping around inside the box. Delivery drivers have been known to throw around and even drop kick packages and something like this should (imo) have been more secured in the box. More bubble wrap to keep it from flopping around would have been really great. Other than that the tablet is wonderful and we just ordered a second one!!

The iPad is great! Very nice condition. HOWEVER - The charging cable DOES NOT FIT this iPad!! It is the WRONG cable. I had to use a cord from another device. The price was very reasonable and the item was shipped the next day!!

I purchased this iPad for my brother, who is a private flight instructor, for Christmas. He needed it, as most aviation apps now use the Apple platform. When I opened the box, I was greeted with a like-new looking iPad, that even had a screen protector on it to keep it from getting scratched. This device was literally flawless, and it powered right on to the factory set-up screen :) My brother unboxed it with joy, and took it with him on Christmas Day to get it all configured. He came back later that evening with a robust aviation suite installed and running seamlessly on his new refurbished iPad. I have zero complaints, and I asked my brother today (01/14) for an update on how it was working, and he said that it was still awesome. He came out last night to Denver to fly a plane back to WI. Great job, Kanga Supply. I would definitely do business with these guys in the future! - Shea

I was very impressed by the quality that this was put together. I will, however, say that the voice to text is a little delayed and some of the apps from my app won’t connect with my notes on my iPad, but anyway, this is Great, I am going to keep testing it to see what I think for what I need it for and will say kudos to you for having this department to do this😁

After buying a refurb Samsung tablet and never getting it to work properly I though I would never buy another refurb. The wife decided she had to have an Apple so I broke down and bought this iPad based on the reviews and a small prior experience with Apple Techies. It arrived in a no name box with cord and charger and it looked to be brand new. When I tried to set it up it immediately forgot the passcode and wouldn't recognize the one I had entered. After a few tries, and while I was trying to get to some Apple tech through their chat feature I was finally able to do a factory reset and start over at about the same time I got to a technician. I explained to him what was going on and he offered to schedule a call at my convenience if I had anymore problems so I did that for the following day just in case my setup failed again. My setup went smooth but I wasn't able to access everything until the Technician called me exactly at the time I had set up and was able to guide me through the process enough that my tablet is now functioning perfectly, just like a new one. Totally happy with this purchase.

I ordered this for my son's birthday (it's today 9/7) and it came yesterday. The iPad wouldn't charge with the charger they sent OR with a C to lightning charger I have for my iPhone. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent a replacement! AND it arrived today in time for my son's birthday. Works great, holds a charge and charges great with the charger they included. Very happy with this seller and product!

I brought this I wanna say a couple years ago and I won’t be buying electronics from off of Amazon again unless it’s headphones. I cannot play Games for too long because it will close out the game. The only thing I can do is listen to music and watch Tubi in YouTube.

So far I am very happy with this purchase! Works great and battery life is great! They even put the screen protector on which was a bonus! Looks brand new no scratches or marks!

It works exactly well as intended simply that this was not the model I needed since this is a 2017 edition, it wasn't compatible with the apple pencil which will only work with the 2018 ones. I returned it but I used it a bit and it was really smooth and worked great! This is a trustworthy product.

The iPad arrived in very good condition. The home button was a little bit sticky when pressed, but I was able to fix that with some rubbing alcohol pretty quickly. The battery life is a little short, but not bad for a two year old iPad.

Because it's refurbished it didn't come in the Apple packaging, it did come with a charger and lightning cable. No instructions but it's an iPad and most of it intuative anyway, it came charged up, I switched it on to check that it works but it will be given as a gift at Xmas and then I can give a fuller opinion, I did buy 2 yrs insurance on this too and a new case and screen protector
