This mat is really comfortable and thicker than I expected, which makes a big difference for my knees and lower back during workouts and stretching. It stays in place on the floor and doesn’t slide around, even during longer sessions. I like that it rolls up easily and the carrying strap makes storage simple. It’s a little bulky compared to thinner mats, but the extra cushioning is worth it. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills mat that gets the job done.

Hubby is just starting yoga and complained that my mat was too thin. He loves this one! There are ridges on one side and one side is smooth. Rolls right up and is easy to use. Super comfortable on the foot and joints and he doesn't sink into it too much. Really good quality too!

Such comfort because of the thickness but it makes noise and squeaks a little. Also it moves around a bit. I use it for my Pilates class. I love the thickness because it’s easier on my vertebrae. Nice that it comes with the strap holder to but it’s not a Velcro kind more like a rubber band type.

Extra thick and longer than most. The strap is elastic and easy to place on the rolled-up mat. Compared to another, more expensive mat I returned, this is a much better quality mat.

È solo un po' ingombrante e non ha un odore gradevole, ma e' comodissimo, soprattutto per le ginocchia, morbido al punto giusto.

Nach mehreren Monaten regelmäßiger Nutzung hat sich meine Befürchtung der Materialermüdung zum Glück nicht bestätigt. Anfangs war der Geruch gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedoch ist dieser schnell verflogen. Ich kann das Produkt jedem empfehlen, der Zuhause Sport machen möchte.
