Qualche problema all inizio per essere riconosciuto dopo qualche riavvio tutto ok non è sicuramente plug and play . Al momento stabile mantiene le caratteristiche

This is a normal RJ45 10GBit PCIe adapter and NOT an SFP+ adapter as stated. I still does the job but not disturbance free as Optical would be.
