Very pleased with it. Just the right size, has a good amount of weight behind it and is sharp as hell.

Really pleased with this knife. The blade feels sharp and solid out of the box and it handles everything in the kitchen really smoothly. I’ve used it on vegetables and meat and it’s easy to keep control of it when chopping or slicing. The balance and weight feel good in the hand, so prep sessions feel comfortable rather than tiring. I was surprised from how dull the blade is. I had much cheaper knifes that were much sharper out of the box. Very disappointing
