Seiko Aluminium Analog Orange Dial Men's Watch-Ssk005K1

This orange colour is so impressive that be prepared to get it noticed by others, some may ask you which watch you’re wearing(happened with me). The dual tone half black and half mirrored colour shines like a super premium watch. With mirror gloss on top. You’re going to praise it every time you wear it. Few things you have to notice. The metal strap has X design which replicates a Rolex model. The movement has 24 jewels inside.( quite praised smooth movement in the industry) As it’s GMT divers watch..It has 4 moving hands. The 4th one can be used for 24 hour format or you can set a different time zone.( I have set France’s time as I’ll be visiting Europe very soon), so it can be quite easy for you to coordinate between different time zones without seeing phone. The metal strap is way too long, you have to get links removed before using the watch(I got 4 links removed as I don’t like loose watch). Also if you buy it from Amazon. Do visit authorised seiko shop or very renowned shop in your city who deals in top brands for removing the links. DONT go to local shops, who has only Titan, Hmt watches in their store. Else even a single scratch on your watch will feel heavy on your heart. Get the watch maintained and lubricated in every 3 years( as mentioned in Seiko website). That’s it. That was my experience. I love this watch. The radium in night feels powerful. I’ll choose this watch to wear on any outfit. It’ll look best. Go for it..

If you like to start with an automatic watch, go for it. The pictures may not do justice to how elegant and manly the watch looks despite it's size (42.5mm dial). GMT feature allows when traveling to check against two timezones. The show stopper I feel is the jubilee bracelet because that adds to the watch style and makes it look impeccably stylish allowing to match with a casual look or corporate style. The only con which actually is not that much a con because it never comes in use is the bezel movement. It is a resistance twist movement and does not have that satisfying click feedback while turning the bezel. Still as it's not used that much (atleast for me) it doesn't decide or lower down the appreciation of the watch. Orange is peppy color and I find it to stand out(attention grabbing). It's not that cheap plastic ("chatkila") color but a very classy, graceful and elegant one.

Seiko was known to be a good watch brand but now their quality control is really bad. After not even a month of using this watch it started having issues with time. The time is -5 minutes in every 2-3 hours and sometimes even the second's hand stops abruptly. I was using my old seiko for more than 6-7 years and to this day it is still accurate and still holds well but this watch has changed my mind so I don't recommend you to buy this watch and instead go for Citizen Tsuyosa or if you have more money than Tissot PRX.

Watch was ok but there was no protection on the watch glass also the warranty card was missing and packing was patheti

alignment is pathetic almost 15 minutes difference between hour and minutes hand

A beautiful new range from Seiko 5 as part of their GMT series and it's one of the best watches you can get with a GMT complication and manufactured by a very reputable watch maker like Seiko with an in-house movement and beautiful dials and a nice bidirectional bezel and also a twenty four hour marked chapter ring so you can see three different time zones at the same time. Sadly due to our time difference with GMT we cannot take full advantage of the feature. It's a watch worthy of being part of your watch collection and this Mikan Orange dial looks very sporty and attractive.

It’s good value at full RRP, so if it’s on sale then snap it up! Very comfortable to wear, good quality lume, the orange dial is much better than pictures can do justice to. The bracelet isn’t bad for Seiko, but is easily swapped out for rubber or a nato which the watch is more than at home on. Don’t be put off by Seiko’s stated accuracy, they are notoriously pessimistic on this. Mine is running at +5 seconds per day which is fantastic at this and more expensive price points. The bezel looks great, it has an almost ceramic look by the reflective finishing. My only negative is that the bidirectional bezel is friction based but it’s a very small issue as the bezel is really only needed to track a 3rd time zone. For me, that’s rarely required.

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de cette montre qui, en plus d’être très belle, dégage un côté très qualitatif et original du fait de la couleur. A ce propos, le cadran orange rend super bien au poignet et rehausse un look sport en apportant une touche chic et originale tout en douceur.
