This is nearly tasteless. My son is super picky when it comes to toothpaste. He doesn’t like mint flavors, instead prefers “Tanner’s Tasty Paste, Vanilla.” It was out of stock so we gave this a shot. It was a fail for my son. He gagged and refused to use it. If you have a child who has sensory issues, you might want to pass on this toothpaste.
