I have installed multiple others over the years without any difficulties. Not as much pressure as I was hoping for either but for the price I paid, it's still a good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 11 March 2024* I was not able to get the nut that attaches to the shower pipe tight enough to prevent water from seeping out. I made several attempts at it, and was able to get it down to a trickle, but there should be no water at all coming out. A suggestion would be that they make the attachment bolt with squared off edges so that a wrench can get a good grip. As it stands right now it's a smooth cylinder and the wrench slips on it. It came with a medium amount of plumber's tape, but I had to use it all plus some of my own to get the leaks to stop. Now, it works perfectly.My item arrived without any flow regulator to control the gpm it uses. It has a screen filter built in, which I think some people confuse with a flow regulator, but it's not the same thing. I contacted their customer service and they said their newer shipments have them, but their older ones didn't, so I must have received an older item. They made it right, helping me get a good quality flow regulator at no cost.
