I’ve given there to my dogs for years - makes their coats shiny & no dry skin. Helps with their joints too. I swear by it they get 1 every day in their food.

I have previously only bought Nature's Bounty Odorless Fish Oil supplements. This one I actually bought by mistake. It came up in my Amazon search for odorless fish oil supplements and I didn't realized that it was not odorless until it arrived. I'm a prime member, so to send it back would have cost me money to pay for shipping, so I decided to try it fearing the ominous "fish burps" I had experienced in the past with other fish oil supplements. I did some reading to avoid those nasty burps and read that keeping the supplements in the freezer and taking with meals can reduce them. I do keep mine in the freezer and take them at bedtime with my other evening supplements. I have been very pleased and relieved that by taking them this way, I've experienced no fishy side effects. Hallelujah! Through my ordering blunder, I discovered that I can take these, which are less expensive than the odorless variety, with no problems. Awesome!

Admittedly in error I ordered 1200 mg when I should be taking the 1400 mg. It’s easier to swallow but a little less sturdy. (I stepped on one that had fallen onto the floor & it squirted oil on my new carpet.). The 1400 mg pill is bigger & tougher and also a bit harder to swallow. But I will stay with the 1400 mg one.

My daughter was advised to take 3-5 grams of Omega 3's to help prevent migraines. This product/brand isn't a cure-all, but it did help in the manner that the neurologist said it should. So I feel it's what it says it is and not just filler. She does fuss about taste and swallowing, but you're not going to get that to change with any other brand. If you burp fish oil, you're going to know it was fish oil- just saying. Lol... They are a gel, so it's as easy to swallow as you're going to get as well. I would trust this brand and seller!
