Perhaps you can write to the company directly. It's just ace bandage material. You may be able to make your own in some fashion.

Can you fit more than 1 ice pack in it? For example I will need it for my eyes, could I put two in there at the same time?

I’m not exactly clear on your question because there is nothing to “insert.” The reusable ice packs are made and designed to fit over your eyes. It would be almost impossible to use 2 at the same time nor would it be beneficial to do so. I used them after sinus surgery and they worked perfectly. The backing provides a comfortable barrier between the ice and your skin. I would buy them again.

Are these gel packs made in the U.S.?

The box says Made in China, but also says the company Newgo Inc is at 1920 Beltway Dr, St Louis, MO, 63114, USA.
