I have seen several cervical tractors of the same type, and they are all a bit leaky. I would like to ask people who have bought this product,

mine hasn't leaked, but I don't use the ball function to separate the pump and move around.

Does the relief last or just temporary while using the device?

It is a temporary relief depending upon what your specific cervical issue is. Soft tissue i.e. muscle/tendons can be changed through manual therapy and altering habits. Degenerative disc disease or ankylosing spondylisis is structural and often needs surgery for relief.

Is it really useful for relieving cervical pain?

I wear it at work these days and it helps me correct my neck posture, stretch my cervical spine and reduce the pain caused by cervical problems! It's worth recommending!
