ARRAROWN RC Motor Heatsink with Twin 30mm Cooling Fans, 40mm Diameter, Fits 4068 4274 Brushless Motor, 1/8 1/7 RC Car & 42mm Diameter Motors

The first thing I noticed when I installed it; it would not power up. Before I would decide to return, I crossed the wires, the fans turned on. I had to strap it down with a zip-tie and had to use a dermal to cut away a piece of aluminum for the screw that tightens the motor. Other than that, it works great, keeps the motor cool, and has not had a thermal shut down even in 105 Texas Heat. The sound is a little loud but sounds awesome. Have gotten compliments on it while at my son's races.

Great RC fan setup I’ve used them on 2200kv mamba monsters and also sketrum 2050kv motors they move a lot of air and help keep the motors cool. Very power fans, they are pretty loud they work well with 1/8 scale motors.

While they dont directly fit tightly onto the VXL-3s system on their own, a couple zip ties and your motor will run very cool. They are very fast and so far despite being held on by Walmart zipties, its held together well and has kept my motor cool running 3s lipo batteries and monster truck tires.

Bad wiring. Failed after 1 bash session on a 6s kraton. The wire broke of inside the fan looks like they easily break there. With way fans are built cannot open it up to try and re solder the connections without breaking fan. Would not recommend given the cost.

Very powerful fans and fits my infraction motor perfectly!

I haven't tested performance yet but installation was easy. I even went above and beyond and put some CPU thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut) on the bottom of the heatsink before installation. After that, it snapped on to the Spektrum Firma 4074 in my Arrma Kraton 6S v5. The fans are louder than the fan on my ESC, but let's be real. The Arrma Kraton 6s is not a quiet car to begin with lol. If I'm just cruising, I'll probably leave the fans unplugged but if I'm bashing or running the speed pinion, they'll definitely be plugged in. I just couldn't justify spending $15 on the Arrma heatsink and then another $15-20 for a fan when this one was around $20 total. =

Hab den Lüfter auf meinem Arrma Kraton 6s montiert. Die Lüfter sind recht laut, aber der Motor bleibt auch nach dem bashen kalt. So ein Lüfter sollte schon ab Werk drauf sein. Bin sehr zufrieden damit, klare Kaufempfehlung.

Appears to be quality built. Used it a number of times since purchase and it is doing well. No hiccups and easy install. Yes as other reviews suggest, the fans are loud but that’s to be expected - I personally like the sound

No le quedó a mi traxxas stampade con el ajuste que venía de fábrica, pensé en devolverlo pero mejor decidí cerrar el disipador y ahora si ya apretó el motor para poder hacer su función térmica, entro muy a penas, una vez que lo encendí me encantó el flujo de aire, mantendrá bien fresco el motor, ahora si podré usar mi coche toda la hora que me da la batería. Les dejo una imagen para que vean cómo quedó en mi stampade por si alguien tiene la duda, por ahí vi que una persona le puso cinchos, pero el hacer eso no creo que tenga la dicipacion térmica correcta, mejor darle sus golpecitos para que se cierre
