Value for Money and Does the Job and More!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Robot Vacuum – Professional, Quiet & Great Value! I have been really impressed with the G20 robot vacuum cleaner. From the moment it arrived, it was clear this was a quality product. It came very well packaged, and the unit itself looks sleek and professional straight out of the box. Setup was a breeze — the app downloaded easily, the instructions were clear, and even registering the free extended warranty took only a minute. Everything about it feels user-friendly. In use, the G20 is surprisingly quiet and seems very economical. Don’t be fooled by the low noise though — it’s powerful. It handles both carpets and hard flooring effortlessly, picking up dust, pet hair, and crumbs without any trouble. I have tried it on several floor types...hardwood, carpet, rugs, ceramic and porcelain floor tiles..fabulous! Overall, an excellent multi-purpose vacuum with great performance and fantastic ease of use. Highly recommended!

First vacuum robot
This is my first robot vacuum cleaner, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised! It came with the original box and extra accessories, including spare parts and the mop attachment. So far, I’ve only used it on hard floors (I’ll be trying it on carpet soon). With four pets, it’s difficult to keep up with vacuuming every day, but this robot picks up a surprising amount of pet hair and food crumbs. The mopping function helps a little, although I still prefer traditional mopping! 😄 For the price, it’s excellent value. The charging base is quite compact, so it’s easy to tuck away under furniture and keep out of sight. The only downside is that it sometimes struggles to find its way back to the base and can take 5–10 minutes to dock. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it, especially for pet owners looking to reduce their daily cleaning workload.

Great vacuum, average mop, not so smart!
I got Harry the Hoover with some Christmas money in a hope to make my life a little easier. I have a toddler and a dog, and live in the countryside, and have lots of hard tiled floors. So, muddy paw prints, dirty knees and always food on the floor. And sweeping and mopping our large kitchen/diner and looonnng hallway was a pain in my bum. Spent a while reading reviews and choosing which robot to go for in my budget, and this one came up trumps. Ultimately, we are grateful for Harry in our lives, but he's not quite the saviour we hoped for. Pros: suction is way better than anticipated. I have him programmed to go every evening after baby is in bed and I am astounded each night how full he is. Picks up big bits of food/wrappers no worries. Lasts up to two hours on a full battery. Cons: not so smart. If in a perfectly square room with flat surfaces then it handles the back and forward pattern great. But any obstacles and he gets so confused. I routinely have to pick him up and restart as he's been going back and forward over the same spot for 10 mins. I find in our living room we use random mode as it's a more obscure shape, and automatic (smart) mode in the kitchen and hall. Mop function doesn't switch off on carpet - I thought it was meant to. I have to keep an eye on him and when he enters the living room I pull the water container out of him and let him just hoover. Otherwise you get a damp carpet. Mop function is neither a pro or con. It just is. If you give you floors a super good mop manually and do this every night it'll keep it in an ok state. It doesn't mop so much as smear some water over the floor. It does something, but not a lot. You can see from my pic how patchy it is. All in all, my floors are wayyyy cleaner than they ever used to be, and as a result so are my toddlers knees and socks! So it's a win for me. If you're tempted by a robot vacuum but don't want to fork out £500 then Harry is your man.

It’s super easy to set up with great cleaning power
The robo vac was packaged really well. Everything in the box was secured in place and protected by packaging. The product feels well made and solid. It’s slightly heavy which is reassuring as it’s not light and plasticy. Unboxing and setting up the robo vac took about 5 mins. Just a case of removing some packaging, and peeling off some cellophane. I then added the brushes and mop which just clicked in. No tools required. Next, I downloaded the HoneySmart app and followed the instructions to connect the robot vac to the wifi and the app. Again, really straightforward to get the app to talk to the robovac allowing me to change the settings and control the robovac. On carpet floors I selected the carpet boost option and set the robot off on its first run. The robot set about sweeping and vacuuming the carpeted floor. During its run it wasn’t particularly loud and I was impressed with its navigation by avoiding walls, chairs and obstacles. Once I was happy it had finished with the room, I opened up the lid and extracted the dustbin. I was shocked about just how much it had picked up. The bin itself is easy to empty and you can remove the filters to give them a clean if you want. It was time for a recharge so I pressed the home button and the robo vac found its way back to the dock for a charge. It didn’t take long to get back up to a full charge and I could check it’s battery % on the app. Once charged I filled the water container and selected sweep and mop on the app. I place the robot on the wooden floors to test its mopping ability. It did a pretty good job. The more stubborn stains like dried sauce didn’t get removed by the mop and the mop sort of gets dragged along the surface. But it did give the floor a nice shine to it. I have been adding a little bit of floor cleaner to the water mix which boosts the cleaning power and leaves a nice smell. Another thing to note is that when it went on a rug it auto boosted the suction power, then reduced when back on to the hard floor. The app to control the robo vac is excellent. It’s a simple enough UI to navigate and offers several cleaning options like level of function, cleaning type and what mode to clean in like auto, edges or manual. I’ve also linked it up to Alexa without any issues. The supplied remote control is also fine. But I prefer the app as it offers more options and it’s harder to misplace my phone. On the downside there’s a few minor issues. If you are on mop and sweep mode the mop is always deployed so it mops your carpet/rug. It doesn't use a lot of water, so won’t leave wet patches. Another negative is that it can take a while to find its base station when it wants to charge. I think it keeps scanning around until it finds the signal from the base station. The last issue is that it sometimes gets stuck under my sofa. I think this is more of a problem with my sofa as the underneath slopes towards the floor so the robo vac gets wedged in there. I’ll experiment with the perimeter tape to see if I can prevent this. Overall, I’m really happy with the robo vac. Its cleaning power is really good and effective. It’s super easy to set up and control with the app. I can just leave it to do its job which I get on with other things.

Brilliant robot vacuum
Honestly the best 100 quid I’ve spent, picks up far better than my standard handheld ever did, it’s learned the layout of my kitchen so it knows where to go. Just brilliant and Saves me so much time. Very happy indeed.

Excellent smart robot!! Made my life a lot easier..
I love this robot.. it sweeps and mops.. it has completely transformed our home.. now our home is a lot cleaner and the money spent on this robot was totally worth it! The package comprises of charging station, robot, remote control, batteries, magnetic strip, mop.To get started we have to download the app on phone and can also set up voice control with Alexa.( There is also remote control.) Charging station needs to be placed against a wall and robot can be ‘parked’ there for charging. Battery life is really good and can clean upto 2 hours. Need to use magnetic strips near places like staircase so that robot don’t cross and fall down. Coming to main function, Honiture G20 scans the room, creates a floor map and cleans the room in a very intelligent way. It cleans without leaving any area (except the corners). Honiture g20 robot does a good job cleaning on hard floor, carpets and picks up hair and dust with 4000 pa strong suction power. Noise level of this vacuum is surprisingly low unlike other vacuum cleaners. Coming to mopping, we need to fill only water ( no cleaning liquids) and Honiture G20 mops the floor well. We should always empty water from robot before sending it back home( charging station) Lastly, this cute Honiture g20 robot can be given a name and I’ve called it ‘CIRCLE’. Our new addition is helping me with daily chores and cleaning is not stressful anymore. I highly recommend this versatile robot.

Not the help I thought
Product is immaculate and comes very well packed. I was excited about using this after reading and watching tons of good reviews but, unfortunately it just doesn’t live up to the hype. The smart clean function within the app doesn’t work at all. This lead me to try and resolve but ended up going down a rabbit hole trying to find the solution. It doesn’t map my house and gets “lost” and stuck all the time. It doesn’t know the difference between hard flooring and carpets so it ended up just mopping everything leaving us with damp carpets. When it needs to recharge it doesn’t have a clue as to where the charging dock is and will just aimlessly move around until it runs out of steam. Positives….it does have great suction and when it was on one of its mad adventures around the house it did clean up very well. Albeit completely random. The mapping doesn’t make any sense either. Once it had done a good 25 minute journey the mapping it recorded in no way resembles our house and was totally confusing. I would’ve thought there would have been an option to name certain zones it had initially mapped. So for example name the hall, lounge, dinning room, kitchen etc and from there be able to command it to go and clean that certain area only. The mop function is good as well. Again it’s just totally sporadic and like already mentioned it will mop carpets as it didn’t know the difference. The app does have a decent lay out and the UI is easy enough. Again it just doesn’t do what you command it to. Trying to connect it to Alexa was an absolute mission and in the end I gave up. There is far more great reviews out there than bad reviews. Think I may have just been an unlucky customer. It may well work absolutely perfect for you. Think possibly it may come down to the size of our house that could be the problem. Probably better suited to smaller houses and or spaces.
