I'm actually coming over from a MD360, I needed one more extra channel to put in for my compression drivers but I decided to run the md 360 just for my bass. And one thing I can definitely confirm is that the ds18 immediately removed noise coming from the speakers the speaker is on and not in use. Quality definitely is there. I feel like it's a little bit on the expensive side but it's worth if for the functionality with the app.

This was installed on my Harley street glide. Those who rides one will know how hard and troublesome it is to remove the fairing. And the speaker sounds different with and without the fairing on. As such, this little DSP is a must for tweaking. Coz the tiny knobs on the amps are almost impossible to get it right. So all you need to do on the amp is to set as Full Pass. Set the gain to aprox level or using a multimeter… and use the DSP for the fine tweaking. As this is my first experience with a DSP, it’s good enough for me. Nothing much to complain and it’s easy enough to use with some knowledge of audio set up. Note. It’s a very basic DSP but has some of the most common functions in there. Refer to the image.

Great entry level DSP for the price! Lots of channel options for a broad system. I ran each channel separately; 2 tweets, 4 midrange (2x2 at high and low frequencies), and 2 subs. The input eq is good, but the fun is adjusting the output frequencies for each individual channel. Combine that with the delay controls and individual gain controls, you can have an amazing system! I could keep going on about all of the cool features, but it does not come with instructions, so you'll have to figure it out. Mine did have a few glitches where I lost audio from one input channel, and it would occasionally swap left and right channels. I contacted support and they offered a a replacement under warranty, so no negative marks there. It did help me win EMMA Regionals in my class!

Well worth the money. This gives me full control of my music on my Goldwing. Small light weight and the App on my phone is priceless.

No fault of product, it does what it's supposed to do. Used for 2 weeks, no complaints on performance, but purchased another dsp from a competitor because of more functionality and it was actually cheaper. My only complaint is it that tuning is done thru app only. I would prefer the app AND a PC based program. There's alot going on and a PC program would have made it a keeper.
