Perfect fit for EpiPens and can easily fit all ofy other medications inside too. Although I do worry that carrying medication in one section and pens in the other might lead to someone thinking the tablets are what I need in an emergency if they open that section first so I've bought a keyring that says EpiPen inside and attached it to the zip of the section with the pens.It's really easy to attach to pretty much anything because you have the clip and straps. I've attached it to the strap of my bag so it's across my front and really obvious, I've clipped it onto the side of my bag and just thrown it inside my bag depending on the situation.It also makes things easier if like me you are only issued 2 pens and need them on your person at all times. When I get home I lift the case out of my bag and put it in my bathroom as my first system of a severe reaction is vomiting so that's where I go. When I'm leaving the house I grab it and attach or put it into my bag. It makes it harder to forget too because I will always go for a pee before I leave home and it's hard to miss sitting on the shelf so I remember to pick it up.

Easy to carry with you and plenty of room for all medications including 2 epi pens , its waterproof so can be attached to a changing bag/ rucksack or just under the pram, - it also recogniseable to anyone who needs to find the medication quickly if needed - especially if its being used for a young child.

Holds two epi pens plus 1-2 bottles of medicine depending on their size easily. Love the different types of carrying straps and handles. Space for spoons and information. Perfect.

Can't complain about this as I have loads of meds and pens to carry. The 2 separate compartments are perfect for splitting meds and supplies. Had mine for almost a year and half now and no damage , good quality meds bag and reasonable sized aswell

Good pouch but needed to return it as it wasn't big enough for all my daughters medication - i had to buy the bag instead.

Astuccio molto capiente e ben protettivo, il laccetto con il moschettone è un po' fragile, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un limite del colore rosa chiaro è che si sporca facilmente. Comunque lo consiglio.

I like this medical case because it can hold more than just an Epipen. The dual pocketing system is really nice, because it allows you to have like a miniature for Frist Aid Kit for purse or bag. It's quite convenient. It's very well made. The color is beautiful like a pale dusky pink it's very beautiful. The zippers are amazing on it and well made, easy open and close. The quality and the material are amazing. It's waterproof. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a very durable medicine case. I use this to make my own purse friendly first aid kit.Definitely with the money and I would definitely recommend this. We'll be buying another one when I need a new one.

Plus grand que ce que je pensais. Convient parfaitement pour mettre 2 pen, un flacon d'aerius et un de celestene. Il reste même de la place. Ça a l'air solide. Je recommande.Elle me permet de créer une trousse de secours pour les allergies de mon fils qui le suivra absolument partout.

I love this case! It fits my Epipen, inhaler with spacer connected, Dex4, and a backup inhaler, all with room to spare. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this case to anyone. It seems well made, durable, and perfect for emergency medical supplies like Epipen, and inhalers. The only negative, and it is so minor it is hardly worth mentioning, is that the wrist strap has a piece that is suppose to adjust the length of the wrist strap to make it smaller if you wish and it does not work. This is my second SITHON case, my first I purchased the smaller one that does not fit my inhaler with the spacer connected and it had the same issue. Such a minor thing it doesn't affect my review, I still see this as a 5 star product. However in case, pun intended, it is important to others, I am sharing.
