Top quality and worth every penny!
I absolutely love these cutting boards and have multiple sizes. They are durable, easy to care for, gentle on your knives, and last for years. The materials are high quality and no weird smells because there are no unhealthy adhesives or coatings. Do not waste money buying the cheaper knock off versions, stick with the brand name!

Easy to clean, durable, and reliable for over 5 years (this is my second Epicurean)
Favorite cutting board. This replaced my plastic ones i had for years. I also really like that it is quite durable and dishwasher safe. I have a smaller version of this cutting board that i've used for around 5 years now and it still works and looks great.

Nice cutting board
I like this cutting board. It’s just the right size and seems to be sturdy. Based on the prior reviews, I was concerned about the smell when wet. So when I got the board, I washed it right away and sure enough it was stinky at first. But after I used it and washed it again, the smell disappeared and never came back.

Excellent cutting board
Excellent cutting board. The size is perfect for everyday food preparation, it feels solid and stable while cutting, and it is very easy to clean. I also like that it is thin and lightweight compared with a traditional heavy cutting board. Great quality and very practical. Highly recommended.

Best cutting board I have
Compact and durable! It’s the perfect color and size for our small kitchen. I love that it’s dishwasher safe too! A little bit more expensive than typical but I know I’ll have it for years to come.

Switching from plastic to wooden cutting boards
I am switching everything from plastic to other products that are not made from plastic. I have switched all my plastic cutting boards to wooden cutting boards. This one came highly recommended by my sister-in-law and it has been great. The only drawback is they are a bit expensive.

Particles of board come off after a few times in dishwasher
So disappointed! I had this board for a few weeks and absolutely LOVED it! Non-toxic, dishwasher safe, made in US, I was just about to recommend to friends when I noticed black fragments on my knife, at first I thought it was nothing but then when I swiped the knife across the board more fragments appeared. Sadly, I threw the board away and now am on the hunt for one that meets the same specs but doesn't disappoint after 4 or 5 times in the dishwasher.

C'est ma deuxième planche...plus grande que la deuxième. Celle ci c'est 38x28. J'ai hésité avec le modele au dessus, mais finalement c'est bien assez grand. J'ai découpé un poulet hier soir dessus sans problème. Pour le reste, c'est du EPICURIAN : Oui, ça n'abîmera le fil du couteau, ça passe au lave vaisselle, supporte des températures élevées (sert de dessous de plat)...

Great Epicurean cutting board

Extremely disappointed. After only 20 days of very rare use, the cutting board is already shedding tiny particles from the knife marks. This should not happen with a product advertised for food preparation. Very poor quality. I would not recommend buying this. Waste of money

Ottima scelta.
Questo tagliere è di ottima qualità, un materiale molto particolare e resistente. L'ho acquistato sulla base di un vecchio tagliere che avevo. Difficile da trovare in commercio.
