Makes my smoothies yummy and naturally sweet. I am pleased.
I love this! I’ve tasted Lucuma ice cream in Peru a long time ago. We do not get this fruit in the Chicago area, so I was excited to find this. I add it to my smoothies and I love that it adds sweetness without added sugars or other substitutes, many which are unhealthy. For example, I can use it in place of banana to sweeten my smoothies with a flavor other than the banana flavor, and for a variety in health benefits/nutrients. It has a pleasant taste without being overpowering. It mixes well, and I’m pleased with the quality of the product. I cannot compare it to the real fruit taste, as it’s been SO long, nor could I compare it with any other brand because I have not tried any other. I am happy with my purchase, worth what I paid for it, and I would be happy to buy it again.

Surprisingly Terrific
This stuff is surprisingly good. It has a delicata caramel/butterscotch kind of flavor. It mixes in smoothies and youghurt very well. I am going to try Lucuma/Mango Ice Cream next. As a chef, I've seen a lot of disappointed reviews but those are people trying to use this as sugar/sweetner substitute. It is clearly not that. It is certainly not sweet enough on its own. It has a sweetness but is not "sugar sweet. You'll be a lot happier if you use this as a food, supplement or flavoring additive. This should go very well, with peach, mango, oranges, sweet potatos/yams, pinapples and bananas. You can also add this to baked pound and loaf cakes. Packaging is also good - seals up tight but keep the powder out of the sealing strip. It is very fine and can cause trouble on the strip. I am definitely keeping this stuff around

Healthy replacement
Over all this is a very good product, it just doesn't dissolve in coffee quickly. The health benefits compensate for that issue as it is better for me than sugar. I enjoy the taste and flavor it brings to my coffee.

Good quality organic lucuma powder
This lucuma powder has a nice fine texture and mixes easily into smoothies, yogurt, or other recipes. I like that it is organic and comes in a generous 16 ounce bag that lasts a while. The quality seems very good, and the packaging keeps it fresh. If you enjoy adding superfoods to your diet, this is a convenient option and a good value for the money.

The best sugar replacement I have found so far
This product is not your common sugar replacement. It has a distinctive taste and pleasant smell but it is a superior anti-oxidant beyond doubt. I suspect it is also Qi raising and cooling, judging from the effects. I add one tea spoon a day to my mushroom coffee, and 1 bag has 90 servings. My hayfever symptoms have significantly diminished since I began using this product. I don't know if that is attributed directly to this product, but I haven't changed anything else in my diet. I have tried various sugar substitutes that did not help me with any health benefits and feel blessed that I have found this product.

Isn’t sweet at all
I bought this because I was looking for a sugar with a very low glycemic index. So based on the listing’s description, I was very excited… It was short lived- it’s honestly super disappointing.. This is not sweet at all! Has a mild raisin flavor NOT butterscotch. I wasn’t looking for a very sweet taste, but this has ZERO. It takes the bitter edge off the coffee, but has no sweet notes that’s it.

Amazingly tasteful superfood
In Peru some call it Gold of the Incas. I don’t consider this a sweetener, you can replace sweeteners with it but it’s a good tasty companion to sweeteners. I put this in my whipped coffee, I mix it with instant coffee, stevia, monk fruit, fat free Greek yogurt, Erythritol, instant coffee and cinnamon. I whip it together for a couple of minutes before I add hot water and almond vanilla milk. That Liz tastes amazing. I also mix it with plain yogurt or vanilla ice cream to make delicious lucuma flavored desserts. That’s not all, this stuff is so nutritious and considered a super food with lots of antioxidants. It also contains as much calcium as a glass of milk per serving, calcium as a glass of cow’s milk, beta-carotene an anti-carcinogen, vitamin C, zinc to help your immune system, iron, Niacin (vitamin B3) that helps reduce bad cholesterol and fiber for your gut. It has a unique taste, it is the most popular ice cream flavor in Peru. I like this manufacturer I buy a lot of their products, and no I don’t get paid by them or get a commission, I just enjoy their products and want to thank them for bringing this Peruvian wonder to us.

Something is Fishy
If you're familiar with the odor that permeates a room when you finally clean the fish tank, that's the best way I can describe the subtle undertone of the flavor. I took me a while to figure that out because I never actually licked the bottom of an aquarium, even as a kid. In my opinion, the Incas can keep their horde of goldfish.
