Great! It is fast acting, and really saves me.
Yay I love this! Since I have become lactose intolerant over the last 6 years, I rely on these to save me when in risky situations. I can have very little cheese, but too much cheese, or milk or anything else, and it is all over for me. These pills were at a very good price, so I thought I would buy them. They have 9000 FCC which is around the highest I have found on the market. Just one of these pills will save me from any dairy I tend to ingest. It does seem fast acting, as I often take a couple bites of food before I realize what I am eating. I then quickly take a pill and hope for the best. So far this has been quick enough to save me. I have even taken it after I have eaten a meal, in hopes that it would counteract some of the dairy I ate. It still saved me, though my dish was fairly light on dairy. These are comparable to Lactaid, which is the other brand I usually buy. I haven't noticed any difference between the two. They are both individually wrapped as well.

They work fine, but individually packed
When I ordered these, they were the only choice for 9000 units/180 count. Before this, I had ordered the Best Naturals brand, same dose and count, only bulk packed in 1 bottle, which I prefer for everyday use. Those who want to easily take these with them when they eat out (not many doing this right now though), these are probably the better choice. But the Best Naturals 9000 FCC ALU/180 count, when they are in stock, are better priced from what I have seen here on Amazon-and are in fact what I just re-ordered, since they were in stock again. Oh, by the way, you would think that individually packed pills would be better protected, but I have had some of these Kirkland pills break or were broken when I tore open the paper covering. There may have been some dust in the bottom of the Best Naturals bottle at the end, to be fair, but I can't say it was much to be concerned about either. They both work fine-take your pick of price and packaging for what suits you best. Be well!

It works well.
If your issue is only lactose this does the trick and its quite effective; I can do 16 - 22 oz with one caplet probably more. I have used this for a long time I usually buy in store this time I decided to buy online. I am really surprised at the reviews claiming these do not work, I have been lactose intolerant for 48 years (Since I was 10) and the older products I used when I was young barely worked. These always work as long as you consume right when you initially start intaking food with lactose and do not take a really long time to finish, for example if I mix a protein drink with milk, take a pill but get busy working and realize an hour plus passed and I have most of my shake left, you cannot just drink it then and think that pill will work you, need another, if you take and consume promptly one pill can handle 22 oz of milk at least for me at least. This product is hands down rock solid, it does what is says, breaks down lactose avoiding digestive issues associated with undigested lactose.

My favorite lactose brand
Lifesaver for lactose intolerance. I prefer to unsweet /unflavor of these as opposed to the too sweet other brands. Just need to titrate number of tablets to the individual. (For example, I need 3-4 tablets per serving of dairy) All lactose tablets only good for 20-30 minutes, then might need to repeat if still eating dairy products.

Effective, Saves Money over alternatives
I have moderate to severe lactose intolerance. I've been buying and using the name brand product 'Lactaid' for about two years now. I use about 5 tablets a day so the cost can really add up over time. I've been buying them in bulk at Sams Club for about 17 cents per tablet. As of when I ordered these the first time it came out to about 12 cents per tablet. Some quick math says that can save me about $90 per year. I've found them to be just as effective as Lactaid. The Instructions say to take one tablet with the first bite of dairy, and then another one if you are still eating it 30 to 45 minutes later. Having more severe lactose intolerance, I have to cut that time down to more like 15 minutes, but that is the same with the name brand product. I only gave 4 stars because it is not 100% effective for me. I am a fan because there is a big difference between when I use it and when I don't, but occasionally I do still have symptoms. I hope someday I'll find a product that will be 100% effective or be even less expensive, but until then I'll be buying these.

Cheaper than the "-Mart" price per pill in the 360 pill pack. Works the same, same dose as generic brand in stores.
They are cheaper at this time bought (05/2017) than the Walmart bottle of 60 pills generic. At the 180 size the price is about the same per pill ($0.11+), this pack (360) they are cheaper (About $0.10+). There is no tax free stuff on Amazon and if you don't have prime shipping it is cheaper to buy it in store locally. The pills comes in an individual wrapper and must be torn out if you want put them in a bottle. The pills are coated better than the Walmart ones which wear away to dust if carried in a bottle in your pocket like i do with spare OTC and prescription meds. They do snap in half easier than Walmart ones. Other than that they are fine generic lactase pills. The 'chewable" ones are full of artificial sweetener/flavoring that causes gas, diarrhea, and bloating. In some folks WORSE then lactose intolerance. so buy these. you are big kids now, you can swallow a tiny pill.
