These work amazingly they are a great safety addition to any bicycle and work perfectly they are bright enough to see near sundown and look awesome the body and construction is plastic with a chrome coating but are decently sturdy enough for daily use plus there are five pairs for the cost so worth every penny.

Only half of these worked due to dead batteries from the factory. I reviewed the design of the unit to figure out why. They are using the cathode leg of the LED to make contact with the sliver of negative battery exposed on the button cell battery instead of making contact with the rearmost button cell's negative side in the series of batteries. The reason most are showing up dead or half discharged is the bend in the cathode makes contact with both the positive inner portion and negative outer portion of the cell because they used a square piece of paper to insulate them in shipping, and sometimes, only sometimes, the negative leg of the LED makes contact in the tiny area between the square's straight edge and the LR1130 battery's round edge. In short: because they didn't use a round piece of paper as insulation they are eating through batteries in storage. Now, as for the functionality of the unit, there is no timer circuit and the lights only power on when a inertia switch closes the circuit. The issue is the inertia switch is it is just a wire inside a coil inside a white tube. The quality control is not very high so sometimes the coil sticks to the inner wire and the light stays on. Other times the coil never moves enough to touch the inner contact. It's a very erratic light pattern, when it even works. So, in short, these are cheap, they are kind of fun *when* they work, but I would not buy again because the frustrating inconsistency in their functionality. They are disposable and I would not bother even replacing the batteries.

Couple of them didn't work batteries don't last long they're made out of plastic very easy to break

I put a couple of these on my eBay and they are impressively bright and beautiful. They work just as described. Love them and can recommend them highly

Cheap Quality it wont last 2 days watch

Great for bicycle and motorcycle but for automobiles they stick out and can be knocked off or broken very easily

The coolest lights, very impressed, very bright. As a matter of fact, I just went around the block showing them off. Darn kids (lol) started to chasing me. So Worth it.
