Seems to be a good product.I have taken it before and it was helpful in achieving desired results,such as better quality sleep and just a more relaxed state,as needed.

i struggle with insomnia and get extremely anxious at night which can cause me to get only 3 to 4 hours of sleep at night. i’ve been taking this right when i lay in bed at night and within an hour i feel content and calm enough to shut my eyes to sleep. when i wake up in the morning i feel extremely calm, ready for the day and more awake after an hour.

I got these for my husband who was trying to get off opiates after using them for over 10 years. THIS MADE HIS WITHDRAW SO SMOOTHE! He has been clean from opiates for almost 5 months and he hasn’t had any stomach pain or nausea or mood swings or shivers. The stomach pain took about 10 days to go away but it helped with all the other symptoms really fast.Also I recently had him get off these for a week to see if he notices any difference and yes he did start to feel “iffy” at around day 3 without them. So He did feel that he needed to continue taking them. He takes these vitamins along with vitamin d and red ginseng.

This product is truly amazing. I’ve taken it for three days now and already I have more energy, I don’t feel stressed over the smallest things or annoyed and I’ve slept better without feeling anxious when laying down.

I do take at least 2/day but after about I week or so I did start noticing that my lows and anxiety didnt seem to be as severe. I did some research and decided to order 5-htp to help with my sleep issues. I've been taking for a little over a week now. I take it about an hour before bed and my sleep time has increased from 5hrs to a little over 7 at this time. I wake rested. I have not experienced any stomach upset or side effects.
