How many layers does it have?

One absorbent, fiberous, thin, kinda cushy layer. Had a wound with lot of drainage w/some swelling above ankle. It help reducing infection and basically I was able to squeeze down inflamation that had settled. I'm not totally healed 21/2 years later. I've discontinued it, it only did so much but was drastic at 1st. Skin finally healing over one end using Epsom Salt straight on it in shower. Was a cat bite/scratch 1st off. Been wrapped whole time. Took antibiotics too.
