Package was intact nicely packed. Delivery service was rubbish. Plates are far from what they appear in those pictures online. You get what you pay for. One bowl has inner print. Very thin. I would give 4 if seller has communication channel.

6 bowls were missing from the received packet. The items were delivered in an open condition. The spoon received is of very poor quality compared to the plates. This item was meant to be given as a gift today, and due to this issue, it has caused serious inconvenience. I am extremely unhappy with the delivery service. It appears the packet was tampered with, and items may have been stolen.
