Had this up and running for a few months now. Very happy with. Easy to setup and boot time is great. Absolutely no problems. FYI it will not handle Windows 11 but I knew that going in. Great computer for price and it has been reliable. Hardly ever hear a fan running --- it is just smooth and quiet perfect for my desktop.

EDIT: I wrote a nice review below because it was fast shipping. Before I was very excited to finally get a home computer for our household. Our son needs one for school. I am very low income so it took me forever to save up! The computer came with the wrong cable (HDMI to HDMI), but the computer needed VGA to HDMI in order to hook up to any monitor. So I had to purchase a adapter. Annoying that it didn't come with the correct cable but ultimately IDK as long as it works. However, after connecting to new correct cable, the screen says that there is no connection. Every piece of equipment is new except for the renewed computer. Please tell me why this is not working! I spent good hard earned money for this computer and it won't even turn on! I am seriously in tears right now! It's Saturday and there is no phone # to call! I just lost around $200 for this! ONE WEEK EARLIER: I am waiting for my monitor etc to arrive in a couple days, so I will come back to this review if product doesn't work.....But I can rate on the shipping, cosmetic condition and customer service, all excellent! I appreciate so much that you offer affordable renewed computers as I am low income and live in rural area. So that the fact that it was delivered so quickly AND in good condition is SO appreciated

I got this for my dad as he needed an upgrade. It was a little difficult to set up but other than that it has been great. It is much faster than his old computer. The sound is awful but that is to be expected. Honestly that could also be coming from the monitor. I got some cheap plug in speakers and that has been good. Graphics are good. The mouse already broke but that's was an easy fix.

Bought this renewed. So was a little skeptical, but reviews were good. Got the tower today, packing was fine, computer looks as new. Plugged it in and came right up. Directions for install were easy. Works perfectly. And its fast, or fast for me. Added my own Internet protection on it, and so far it’s flawless. For others looking at this, I just found out that they will not be offering free updates in Oct 2025. So if you look at this, look for Windows 11, as i bought the Windows 10 pro. Will see how it goes but for now. Its really nice, and fast.

Received this in a timely manner and was well protected in box. Set it up and turned it on with no issues. DVD drive functions as expected and WiFi worked great. My office is on a different floor than the wireless router and at the far end of the building. Read several reviews where customers were disappointed in the WiFi. I have no complaints, works great! Overall, completely satisfied with my purchase.

This is a very fast and powerful computer. I replaced the keyboard ⌨️ and mouse 🐁 with wireless ones.

This PC is a really good value. Even though this one didn't come with a monitor, many in this price range have a smaller hard drive/less storage, no sound, and no wi-fi adapter built in. I hesitated to write a review since the adapter initially wouldn't connect to my network and the wi-fi connection dropped for at least a day, bit it came back on. I'm crossing my fingers that it stays on, but I got an extra wi-fi adapter just in case it doesn't. I love that it came with Microsoft Office desktop apps! I prefer them to 365 Online.

Muy impresionado con la computadora. - Funciona a la perfecciòn - Revisè los componentes, la tarjeta madre, el procesador, etc - TODO se ve nuevo. - El gabinete tiene unas raspaduras sin importancia. Ya tiene MS Office instalado y Windows 10. En lo personal uso Debian GNU/Linux - y fue lo que instalè en este equipo. Estoy muy contento, GRACIAS !!

Un excelente equipo a un precio inmejorable, sus puntos más fuertes el SSD de un terabyte y los 32 gigabytes de memoria ram, sin duda una combinación muy eficiente.
