These Neon Balloons were an absolute hit! The colors are incredibly vibrant, and under blacklight they GLOW beautifully—exactly what you want for a neon or glow-in-the-dark party. The explosion star foil balloons add a really fun, high-energy look, and the cone balloons help create a full, eye-catching display. They were easy to inflate and assemble, and everything looked amazing once the lights were turned down and the blacklight came on. The glow effect was strong and lasted the entire party, making the space feel like a full-on neon dance vibe. It was perfect for our New Years Eve glow party this year!

I call these balloons character building, because in less than 12 hours, 47 of the 100 have already popped. Not just that, but of those 47, about 30 popped without even being touched. Apparently these cannot withstand the human gaze, without committing harakiri - spontaneously ending themselves to the alarm of every child in the vicinity. In some ways I'm actually surprised they make a noise at all when bursting, I'm surprised they don't just dissolve into thin air given how thin the actual balloon material is. It's a good job my 70+-year-old in-laws have strong hearts, because I invited them around for my child's birthday, and they were greeted with an endless percussion of popping balloons while trying to celebrate their granddaughter. My 1-year-old is now terrified to go in the living room, and I'm not sure she'll be able to trust a balloon again. I'd also call out the fact that these are neither neon nor glow. So all in all they fail as a balloon, they fail as neon, and they are guaranteed to ruin a party. One of the worst purchases I have ever made. Unless you're planning an elaborate prank, or are invited to a birthday of a person you don't like stay clear of these balloons.

I was hesitant to buy these, but decided to get them based on the hype in the reviews and I’m grateful I did. These balloons are amazing especially if you have a black light! I had a neon themed new year party for 2026 and used these balloons and it was so fun. These balloons glow in the dark and they last a pretty decent amount of time! It’s a great price!

Beautiful colors but weren't very black light reactive.. only 1-2 of the colors really showed, the others were very very light.

These UV neon balloons were a huge hit at our party! They glowed so brightly under the blacklight and made the whole room look awesome. The colors were vibrant, and the star and cone shapes added such a fun touch. Easy to set up and great quality — perfect for birthdays or any glow party!

I ordered these balloons as a bit of a gamble because there were several reviews that said they didn’t really glow up under the uv lights, but I really wanted glowing balloons at my daughter’s party! When they arrived they were really vibrant not inflated, the trick I found was to not blow them up too much, I figured over inflating would stretch the balloon and they would loose their colour. Under the uv lights they looked amazing! Although they were more expensive than your standard pvc balloon, they made our gazebo really look like the uv disco my daughter wanted! We just had smaller balloons and tied them together in bunches! In the photos attached to my review the gazebo is fairly dark, but it was daylight outside, as the natural light faded the uv lights appeared brighter.
