Use heat. Lotsa heat.
Ordered a plastic front bumper cover for a Kia. Granted it’s not a factory made item and that’s ok, but it was folded in half and shrink wrapped and shipped. I unpackaged it, unfolded it and put it inside my van in the Florida sun for a couple days. That helped a lot in getting it back in shape. Other than that it’s made with all the holes and intentions in the right place.
