I'm sure they probably work well, can't say for sure because I'm likely going to return this. I did read where they said that the sizes are slightly smaller because they're Japanese. That being said, I was under the impression that I may have to "size up" when making the correct size ring. The numbers on each form go from 8 to 17. I'd assumed those were the sizes. I was wrong. This set doesn't make anything above a US 7.5. I needed it to make a size 11 for a friend. Also considering a Japanese 12 is a US 6, I've found no corrrelation between the listed numbers and sizing. If you don't need to make anything above a 7.5, go for it. They'll probably work well.
