Can't say for sure it was the supplement, but after taking these for a few months and making some other changes, I was able get my liver enzymes (fatty liver) back in the normal range. I did a lot of research on quality and milligrams needed and landed on these. Will continue to purchase. The capsule is small and easy to swallow.

Too expensive

Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I found that the inner seal (under the cap) was partially open. This is unacceptable, especially since this is a medication and should be securely sealed to ensure safety and quality.
