I put this product to considerable use in a variety of culinary duties, ranging from filling huge pots for cooking to cleaning dishes. Not only does the brass construction exhibit a polished chrome finish that is aesthetically pleasing, but it also guarantees that the durability will continue for a very long time. The faucet has a solid and well-made feel to it, which gives it a professional kitchen aspect that distinguishes it from the other alternatives available in home settings. The pre-rinse mechanism that comes with a coiled spring pull-down sprayer is, in my opinion, the most distinguished characteristic of this faucet. When it comes to washing and cleaning even the biggest pots and pans, the sprayer's flexibility and reach make it a very practical tool to use. The spring retracts in a manner that is both smooth and easy, and the entire design gives my kitchen a much more professional appearance, which is something that I have always loved in commercial kitchens. It is my opinion that the 25-inch height and 8-inch center, in addition to the 12-inch add-on spout, provide the best possible clearance and coverage for a wide range of sink sizes. The intelligent design of the faucet does not only guarantee that it is practical, but it also ensures that it is adaptable, meaning that it can adapt to diverse kitchen arrangements. Controlling the flow of water in a way that is both smooth and accurate is another feature that contributes to the user-friendly experience.

I was very impressed - the product was high quality with exceptional packaging, easy to install with clear directions. However, this product is not compatible with existing shower replacements, but would make an excellent new install. I say this for 2 reasons - first, the hardware which allows you to adjust the width of the connections must have the water connection side mounted inside the wall (the large male side which connects to the faucet must be flush or inside the wall in order for the cover plate to mount flush with the wall); Second, my existing copper pipe was too thick to fit inside the adapter - maybe this adapter was designed for thinner copper piping (it was close, the pipe was too thick by about 1/32"). But if you have a new install - great product and easy!

The water pressure is high, the installation is convenient, the workmanship is excellent. I'm planning to buy another set as a backup!

We were looking for a wall mount faucet with a strong sprayer for the new kitchen prep area. This one showed up quickly and was packed securely. The chrome finish looks decent and hasn't shown any weird spots so far. Installation wasn't too bad — the spacing matched the wall outlets and we didn’t need any extra parts. The sprayer has good pressure and returns to the hook without issues. The added swivel spout is useful when we’re not using the sprayer. There was a small bit of wobble at first, but once everything was tightened up fully, it felt solid. It's only been used for a few days, but for now, everything is functioning as expected.

After 2.5 years the faucet eroded. They are suppose to to have a 5 year warranty! Well good luck. I have emailed and called them with nothing in return.
