Macrobiotic Diet

I changed my eating pattern to be more macrobiotic, but hybrid with more whole local foods. It is a good guide to the ideas and advantages of a simple, vegetable diet.

Have tried the diet and hope to return to it for healthy eating and living!!!!

If only I could get everyone to read this book, who enjoys eating and being in good health!

information was ok, but i was looking for recipes and more information on a foods pertaining the treatment of cancer.

This is an excellent book that tells it like it is. It does an excellent job of relating what you eat to the status of your health.

A little difficult to read but full of good information

A beautiful philosophy with a lot of truths, however a very austere way of life, not for the faint hearted.
