Not working well, but got it replaced fast.
Lock stuck, unable to unlock from either inside with knob and or with key from outside.Don’t know what to do now?? Need support from Lapo pleasePS: I contacted the support and they replaced the required in moments like lightening speed. Their support and service deserves 5 stars. Main door lock
Lock Screw was missing.

Though price is high , product quality is good, antique finish with good metal

The lock got damaged not even in two months
I brought the lock around January 2022, It was working fine. But it seems the screws aren't sturdy and they keep getting loose with usage. Tried opening the door using key but the handle came out. Then I had to broke the door to get. Never using LAPO products again.
