I am so in love with Pure MSM. In 4 days my rosacea was gone, I just woke up with clear skin- my neighbor even noticed and asked what I'd done. Twenty or so days after taking it I woke up and noticed the pain I've had for years from TMJ was gone, no headache at all- I'd forgotten what that was like. My allergies are better, not completely gone, but noticeably improved, and my skin feels so soft and amazing. I'm totally sold on the stuff. Do start slow, I took too much at first and felt queasy for a few hours- I'd read that could happen as a detox symptom, so I cut back and built back up slowly (from one cap twice as day to 4 caps three times a day). Was just hoping for a little pain relief, got that and so much more. =)

Expensive capsule, did not reduce pain, no taste to them, easy to use, but big capsules Did not improve anything

Yes it's a little bit on the pricey side but I only have positive experiences with Pure Encapsulations products so I bought it and tried it. It's been keeping my acne prone skin and keeping my hormonal acnes under control. My skin has never been this clear in my entire adult life of 15+ years. Very satisfied and will always have this at home. For my purpose, only one pill every other days works perfectly so one bottle will last a while. Very happy and highly recommend!

This product has allowed me to go from minimal use of my left knee. Now I am out riding my cruiser again. Have not worked up to my road bike yet but getting there. Been using this product for 8 months.

been taking this product for some time 1-2 years for relief of arthritis along with glucosamine and finally seeing results of improvement so I'm in for the long haul, took a while but it took a lot longer to get my condition and realize that improvement is not going to happen overnight...
