Norse Magic and Runes

This book is a great overview of the Norse religion. It opens with an exploration of both the ancient practice and more modern practice. This compare and contrast was interesting to read. We then get an overview of the main parts of the Norse religion: runes, Spa, Seior, and Galdr. Then in subsequent chapters each aspect is fleshed out on its own in greater detail. It was interesting to read about runes, how to cast them, what they mean, etc. This is a relatively brief book, but this gives you a taste of what you may like to research further.
