Can this be used in a dimmable lamp - how many lumens for 150watt bulb?

Supposedly 2400 lumens per 150 watt bulb. That’s what it says and I don’t have a meter than measures lumens anymore. It’s fairly bright for such a small bulb and it runs super hot so don’t touch it after it’s been on. It’ll burn fingers for sure.
