Good iot experince with this water heater
Worth it to buy, good product from polycab.IoT is integrated fine and working well with alexa.Look is also classy.

Worst Product Never Buy
Product stopped working within one month. I raised complaint, one of polycab service guy came and he opened the geyser and said some components issue and left saying will bring the components and fix it. It's been 5 days no information and no service. Nothing. One of the worst service ever seen in my life and such a worst product I ever bought. I regret ordering this geyser.

Water smells rotten from the water heater
I am using this Geyser from August 2022 - I have to empty one bucket of water before turning on the geyser - reason the water smells rotten for 1st bucket. I did research - this is not the problem with my water supply. The problem is borewell water may have some amount of sulphur - this sulphur is converted to hydrogen sulphide within this device storage tank due to NO exposure to air / light for few hours. few online search shows this information. Remedy could be changing the water tank material / heater, chlorination - may be other ways and waiting for polycab to respond for issue mitigation.

Stopped to work exactly on the 11 day of purchase
Installation was done on the 4th day, hardly used it 3-4times, suddenly on the 11th day it doesn't work, power doesn't on,Return/ replacement closed on 10th day.

Good design, flexable temperature settings but not easy to pair on WiFi.

Unable to connect to app,no installation provided by polycab
You have to call outsidw plumber and get installed it. Multiple times tried to connect with app,but its not working,please go for normal geyser instead of smart, functioning also not satisfied much. It would be better if some service engineer provided from polycab to understand their smart functions
