Bought these in a size 13 & was mailed a 15.  The company was nice enough to send me another, but it was a size 11.  But the 11 fits well and I love the shape - they make me look like I have a butt and are tight on the legs with a little scrunch at the bottom.  Exactly what I was looking for.

Tight fit I like the feel of the fabric, I'm 5'4 145lb ordered a 7 ...it's a good fit for me but it kind of smash my butt instead of lift. If you have hips and butt you'll understand but I will return and go up in size.
