Excellent steam mop easy to put together and works perfectly much better than the expensive one I had before

This was easy to put together (and take apart). It's light weight so carrying from room to room is no problem. It's also super cheap.

Great steamer , light to hold & easy to put together but when you turn it to get into a corner the part that connects to the steamer head comes out of its slot & it sort of stays stuck in that position , I have to turn it off ( as steam is very hot ) then put it back into its slot before I can continue . The product itself is not what you’d call solid like my vax steamer but it does the job & quite good for the price .

Does the job and good value for money

I purchased this to replace a previous now discontinued model as I was so happy with the first one. This one is beyond disappointing. The steam output is so low it doesn’t get through the provided cloth pads. And no option to turn up or down steam like previous model. It has to be faulty or this is a very poor steam mop (especially at 1300w). Am returning as it isn’t fit for purpose.

*I’m updating this because I’ve had it almost 6months, but it’s now pumping out more steam from the back of the main part than the mop head, so not effectively cleaning floors anymore. The handheld function is dangerous Imo, as it scalds your hands, and the cover for the on off button fell off a couple of months ago. The button gets VERY hot without the cover on, and I burnt my finger switching it off . I suppose you get what you pay for* I bought this to replace my Vax model, which had stopped steaming. Didn’t think it would be up to much, as it was so cheap. It’s brilliant! I’ve cleaned the grout on my bathroom floor, steam cleaned all my quarry tiles floors in my hallway and dining room, cleaned two huge rugs which have come up lovely, and tomorrow I’m cleaning the oven. It’s so handy converting to a hand held model. The water tank is a decent size too. It doesn’t soak everything, like my old one did, so the floors and rugs dry very quickly.

I bought this to help clean my new home - which had been left more than a little grubby by the previous owners. Based on price and the good reviews, I opted for this steam cleaner. The cleaner arrives in a very lightweight, compact box containing the steamer, handle, and a variety of hand and floor attachments, and pads. Knowing how grubby our new house was, I also purchased some extra universal fit cleaner pads from Amazon - universal fit pads work well also with this steamer. The steamer is simple to put together and can be changed from floor to hand cleaner with ease. It comes with a little water jug to aid filling - I sometimes add a drop of anti bac cleaner to this, which makes the room smell fresh whilst using. There is one simple 'on/off' switch and it heats up really quickly in around 15 seconds. The generously long cord makes it easy to get around the whole room without unplugging. I found the cleaner worked exceptionally well - it was rather stomach churning seeing the amount of grime it picked up. I've used it on floor tiles, lino, carpet, wall tiles, cooker and work surfaces. It works really well pretty much everywhere. It does leave surfaces wet so don't expect a dry floor immediately after using. Carpets can be steamed using the glider attachment which works well and doesn't leave carpets too wet afterwards, providing you don't leave it steaming one area for too long. It brings up a fair amount of surface dirt from carpets and rugs. The hand tools work well although if you're wanting to reach high areas, you do risk leakage or water not steaming properly if you hold the steamer at an upwards angle. High areas are better reached with the use of something to stand on so that the steamer can be held at a more favourable angle. I'm really happy with this steamer and use it pretty much every other day - it's been invaluable for getting my new home clean.

Attention à la prise qui est uk, il faut un adaptateur si vos prises sont françaises ! Je viens d'essayer pour la première fois sur mon carrelage et je suis ravie : facile à manier, assez d'autonomie d'eau en mettant seulement 175ml, et bien plus efficace que ma serpillière classique notamment sur les tâches que j'aurais dû frotter. Et puis, autres points forts : normalement la chaleur désinfecte le sol, et dans tous les cas, ça sèche très vite ! Je pense que niveau qualité-prix et accesoires, c'est le meilleur disponible actuellement.

It works well, my new cleaning pal. Floor dries in a reasonable time. Good water capacity, I like that the sound changes to alert you that it is empty. The pads are not so good, worn already, stained easily. Wish they sold affordable replacement pads. Still not sure how to use all the parts included as yet. Ok overall.
