Effective for heel pain from Severs
This has really helped my daughter with her Severs. She does 14 hours of gymnastics and dancing a week, and is able to use this to reduce the pain in her heel. It fits really well, she is comfortable in it and she managed to put it on and take it off on her own. Really grateful that this exists as it has made such a difference.

12yr old gymnast and dancer is a fan!
My 12yr old daughter gets injuries due to impact of landing hard on her heels at gymnastics but especially in dance. She wore this at a dance comp at the weekend and said it helped so much. It's a snug fit, true to size.

Dont fit in shoes
Took a while to get used to them & have had to buy longer laces for my trainers but otherwise they work well.
