I was extremely surprised by how fabulous this Gratitude journal is!! Everything about it in my opinion makes it perfect, it was thoughtfully designed. I just purchased 4 more for family and friends. One of the journals I plan to give my nephew as part of his high school graduation gift... He's quite introspective and very self driven. I know he will appreciate this unique gift! I obviously highly recommend this Gratitude Journal. Looking forward to filling up the pages.

I bought this at the beginning of the year as a New Year’s resolution to rewire my brain into positive thinking. Two weeks in and I feel like it has already helped. It makes you think of the little things to be grateful for and reflect on your day. Very well made, great value, and it’s cute!

This has been a great addition to my routine and has done wonders for my gratitude. It’s simple to use and helps me stay more mindful and positive each day! I haven't missed a single day! The quality is sturdy and durable, and the journal itself is the perfect size.

As so many of us do, I have that relative who hasn't had her life together a day of it, yet in the wake of reading half an article on Facebook must enlighten us peons with her flourishing lifestyle wisdom. Among this list of awakenings was her newfound love of gratitude journals. Eyes were rolled. First at her, and then towards a smartphone, to look up what a gratitude journal even was. It seemed pretty straight forward going by the name, but considering the struggle some reviewers have had with it, maybe not. (On the bright side, this gave me my very first thing to express gratitude towards in the journal itself: That I am capable of using a gratitude journal without further instruction.) Fairly good quality binding, okay-ish thickness on the paper, and yes it's repetitive, but that's kind of the point. Me, I never run out of things to write down, or sometimes I'll repeat things I'm grateful on a daily basis, such as "outliving uncle Dave because screw that guy" or "creepy dude at the grocery store who wears a hentai hoodie to monitor self-checkout finally got fired." Genuinely, it has added a bit of humor to my day.

Gratitude is linked to happiness. There are countless studies showing how being grateful helps people feel more happy. My dad is going through a lot of health issues and I got this to help him navigate his new normal. This is a beautiful book with lots of inspirational quotes. I love that there are questions and prompts to help the person reflect on their blessings. My dad seemed to really like the gift and it made for a wonderful discussion when I gave it to him. I’m grateful to have found such a well thought out journal for my dad. The color is very classy and the book is bound beautifully.

Perfect way to take a moment and think about what you are thankful for and h ow you would like your day to go. There is also a section for positive affirmations. It’s a great way to start the day

This notebook helped me to focus on gratitude, my priorities and learning everyday.

It’s early days for me practising positive affirmations but this book lays it out really well with structure! I also partnered my purchase with self affirmation cards and the two work really well together. I woke up with the ‘Monday blues’ today but used the book for the first time and already I feel it’s switched my way of thinking!! Would highly recommend ⭐️

I am enjoying using my journal

I received this as a gift and appreciated it, so wanted to gift it back. But my (original) version included an intro to explain how to use the journal, which this one unfortunately lacked.

This is the second gratitude journal I’ve purchased from the seller - I purchase another elsewhere but it didn’t offer so many thought provoking sections to comment on. The book is well made and the cover is very solid. I have kept the last one and look forward to keeping this next one after it’s complete. I’ll definitely continue to buy as aside from it making sure I practise self gratitude every day it also makes for a beautiful memoir 🙏🏻❤️
