The rotary mount is, usually, a separate purchase. It may may be included in specially bundled offers.

Is this a complete ready to use kit or is there other stuff I have to purchase before I can use it?

This is a completely new engraving machine, and normal engraving is no problem. If you need to engrave cups or cylindrical items, you need to buy additional rollers to use, thank you.
