I think it might, but you only have to safely discard the needle part. Can it be removed from the injector? When I was on Ozempic, all I had to careful discard was the needle. The virtually empty injector was separate and could be discarded.

will this fit a trulicity syringe?

This is made to store used needles for disposal. It's not large enough to handle the entire syringe - Trulicity, Ozempic, etc.
