I used this to control my cravings while i was planning to attend a wedding in 2023; to loose weight in my thigh area and my belly fat. Well, It did the job; I actually lost some stomach fats within a short period. I had to stop it when I achieved my desired look. I didn't complete the pack. I. will recommend it. This pruduct does exactly what you want and need it do. Totally happy and its now a key part of my daily routine. Im a 17st 46 year old man, with a body fat ratio of 17.7 and im no gym warrior. If you've not tried this product yet, I'D DO SO !! Best ive tried to date.

Don’t waste your money made no difference with my weight following a calorie controlled diet , same result with the pills as without, plus they are very expensive for no benefit

The girls from work recommended me this product, I put in the hard work with a strict diet mon-fri and lots of high intensity cardio and HIIT workouts.
