Super easy to use sound deadening
These were perfect for what I needed them for. I have a Honda Fit that, by the factory, has near no sound insulation and is terribly loud when driving down the road. These were thick enough to be effective but not so thick that it kept my interior trip panels, headliner and console from obstructing them from going back on. The pill-and-stick feature was easy and fast. The paper backing was not only easy to remove but gave a surface to draw on when transferring over a pattern to cut out. Plus, they cut super easy with a good pair of all-purpose scissors, not once clogging up the blades with adhesive residue. The adhesion also seemed super strong even on the underside of my roof sheet metal. After using these over a good portion of the inside of my car, concentrating above the exhaust, the firewall and the roof sheet metal, my car is not only much quieter, but it now also gives the impression of a more solid driving car. I wasn't expecting that and it was a bonus. If you have the knowhow and time to take apart an interior to get to the car's interior sheet metal. I highly recommend these stick-on insulators. But I cant give feedback on engine compartment or outside of the interior use. I have no experience if they'll hold up to direct heat or moisture.,... For what I used them for.... 5-stars all the way

Does the job well
Really nice quality. There are strings woven into the top along the foil. Easy to work with. The backing peels off smooth and usually in one piece. Great value

Great for noise control—used it on my compressor
This KOIKEY sound deadening mat works great. I used it on my work compressor, and it significantly reduced both vibration and noise. The foam is thick (394 mil), and the adhesive backing is strong—it stuck well to the metal housing. It also offers some heat insulation, which is a bonus in a hot work environment. Easy to cut and shape, and ideal for vehicles, compressors, or shop equipment. Definitely impressed with the results. Q&A Section: Q: Can this be used outside of cars, like on tools or machines? A: Yes, I used it on a compressor and it worked great—cuts noise and vibration well. Q: Is the adhesive strong enough for rough surfaces? A: Yes, it sticks firmly to clean metal and plastic surfaces. Q: Does it offer heat insulation too? A: It does provide some thermal insulation in addition to soundproofing. Q: Can it be cut to custom shapes? A: Absolutely—easy to trim with scissors or a utility knife for tight fits.

Under sink sound deadening pad- mat
I had a heavy duty stainless steel sink installed as part of a new countertop. However when they install the sink They used a silicone adhesive for the sound deadening mat under them sink but forgot to remove the silicone facing. So the sound deadening Mat did not adhere and stay attached. When removed there was a noticeable difference between the side of the sink with them deadening mat and the side without the deadening mat. I tried every glue instant grab possible to no avail. Then I found this item on Amazon. $14 for 6 or 8 pieces but I only needed the one and it was worth the price many times over if I had just had it to begin with. I use the old Matt as a pattern cut it out with a good pair of seamstress scissors tested the fit. Remove them film from the glue halfway touch the deadening mat under the sink then remove the rest of the mat and attached just by pushing it tight to the under sink. What an amazing difference in sound hearing the water hit the stainless steel sink in just a nice soft sound. That whole process took about 1 year with no help from the countertop firm. They offered no help or suggestions. It's one of the few products like other products you can find on Amazon. Fast delivery to boot. That's one thing we could never do without the internet.

Great Product, Works well
These pads work very well. They have excellent adhesive backing and stick to both smooth and rough surfaces. They were very easy to cut with large scissors and/or raiser blade and straight edge. Will order again when needed.

Not sticky at all. Zero adhesion.
This item is not very sticky at all. Think masking tape level of stickiness.

Very sticky. So far it absorbs loud noises in the car very well. Thought I wouldn’t have enough sheets but I actually have one left over.

It's actually a pretty good sound absorber and vibration absorber for its thickness It sticks well it peels well You might want to order two packs I found this stuff easier to use than anything else when it came to stuffing small areas in the car because if it's flexibility and ran out of it faster than I expected
