Great Fantasy Action Game
Feels like a classic Final Fantasy if it went full action. Beautiful graphics. Engaging combat dynamics. This game is a great surprise. 5 Stars for sure.

A decent adventure game
It wasn't what I was expecting. It's not an RPG, it's an action/adventure game, more comparable to Devil May Cry than the previous Valkyrie Profile games. It was still pretty fun to play though.

Isn't worth the full price, but at a discounted price is better. Isn't a bad game, just not as good as Valkyrie Profile.

Meh. But cheap
It’s a slash game. Not really my style. Game play is repetitive. I’m half way through and ant 16 hours play, yet I don’t really see much point in continuing. Story line is not very compelling. Upgrade system isn’t much better than a basic level up would be. IMO tactically it is not near as good as any other square game
