Good for what the price is

I got these and some sample cups so I could get my lab samples at home, it's so much less stress. They fit on my elongated toilet bowl just fine. You put it on the base then close the seat to hold it in place. The markings are very easy to read if you need those, buti use it to pour into sample cups. It pours easy with the little trench so it don't spill everywhere. They are sturdy enough to wash out and re use. It makes getting a sample so much easier for me because reaching under and catching just don't work so good for me anymore. I just clean it out and throw it in a bag then under the vanity until next time. It hasn't cracked or warped, cleans and can be sanitized easy. If you need to take it with you, you could fit it in some purses or a backpack. It Def makes it easier, I will buy more if something ever happens to these. I've reused this at least 8 times and it's the same as when I got it, but since I got the value pack I use it doubled up for more sturdiness. I recommend these, the value is great too. Before my husband returned home after surgery, I purchased a commode for him to use in an emergency if he couldn't get to the bathroom right away. The hospital used commodes with these "inverted" hats in the commode and then threw them away (naturally - do not reuse). The nurse generously gave me 3 new inserts to act as a sample so I knew what to order. The ones at the hospital are like a compressed styrofoam and when I received these, they are more a "plastic" and very sturdy. Slightly pricey, but fit exactly the same and I don't mind spending the money if it helps him recover faster. Recommend these, although there are several other companies selling them, too. These are just the first I ordered after reviewing costs and shipping time.

I bought this product to do the FIT (Fecal Immunity Assay Test) in at home. I go in this bucket, then with medical gloves on, I take a specimen using the tiny spatula included with the test, & mail it back to the lab by USPS, in the envelope. I prefer this over the Colo-gard big bucket This calibrated white pal is of course designed for urine specimens but is very useful for other purposes as well. It is very thick & durable. It will not bend when removing from your toilet seat.

I am a nurse and my child gets frequent UTIs but don’t always complain until they are bad. This is great so I can do a UA at home periodically to check before it gets bad. They fit on the toilet great.

In terms of looks, there are no faults. Fits nicely on the toilet seat. It is lightweight and flexible by design. Therefore you would not want to fill this up with too much fluid or substance than it can carry before its contents starts spilling on one side or the other. For me the numbers are not difficult to read but it would be nice if all numbers were written out beside each line as some people may prefer compared to having to guess what number the empty lines might be. Overall good product. Does what it is meant to do.

Ideal item for trying to get urine samples from all ages. The fact they can be cleaned and reused. Would highly recommend

I've bought these twice (Jan 23 & Aug 24). The older ones are excellent and one is still 'going' strong. The newer ones are nowhere near as good, as the markings wash off easily (which renders them somewhat useless for measuring urine output).
