Wish I had this sooner.
Like my title said, I wish I had this sooner. I use it every chance I get. It practically eliminates splitting wood. The nails are easy to load or remove, and has a simple feature for removing nail jambs (although I've yet to have one). A fresh battery should last two years! Just kidding, I don't really know, but what I do know is that I've never seen the battery power indicator go down and I haven't shut it off till I was finished. It's not too heavy and it's easy to work with. I've used the 2" nails on oak going into oak and it still was able to bury the head of the nail, just apply firm pressure. This was definitely a value for my money, I have to figure it paid for itself at this point.

Nailer is awesome- but sold as new, but was used
Nailer is great, tool is easy to use and works awesome This second generation is a great tool However seller adverted as New, but clearly used with not original packaging, bubble wrapped in crushed box, took had several scratches and gouges, looks like some one bought it, used it and sent it back. I could have gotten a better deal on slightly used. But it works great and I am a light user so it will work for me

Please make sure you buy -ANGLED- finish/brad nails!!!
I have never used a finish nailer like this before and didn't know or realize this needed angled finish nails. I bought and used straight finish nails and on first firing it shot the straight nail right through the nail cartridge. I admit I was dumb and didn't pay attention to this important detail. I did not know that angled nails were more expensive and are harder to find the 'project' packs that include different lengths of nails. Regardless of that this nailer works incredibly well and I would recommend it.

Amazing!
Holy cow! I was expecting a somewhat neutered experience compared to air, given it's battery powered... NOPE! It works perfectly and as of now (2-3 projects) I have had no jamming or mis-fires even with off brand nails Love it! Milwaukee really is king with this line of m18!

OK for my first gun
Trying my luck on wood working as a retirement interest. Getting to the point where I could have used something mechanical instead of a hammer because of my arthritis... Wow. I didn't know how heavy 9 lbs is when you have to do a project. And the nails these things nail in come out easily since they're so slim... expensive lesson for me.
