I don’t use Slim Fast for weight loss. They have a really high protein and vitamin percentage. I use the chocolate in my coffee for a boost and to make a mocha. The vanilla I really like with my chia seeds I add a bit of jello mix and I have a healthy protein shake that helps with hydration. It’s cheaper than other protein additives and helps the vitamins digest easy. Also they taste better than the other chalky products.

Yum! This is my go to breakfast shake each morning! Excellent chocolate flavor. I’ve been buying this flavor for the last two years to replace my last fav flavor. I add blue berries and use milk and it’s so creamy.

I used this for a long time and loved it, and over a year I lost 80 pounds. But the last batch would not set right. It turned to pudding no matter how much more liquid I added. Not drinkable. I want to try it again bc I miss using it, but I’m afraid of wasting my money.

I bought the 3 pack. But there were only 2. I says 3. My husband loves it and drinks it daily.
